Crater Hill
Add to Cart Add to Lightbox DownloadNesting birds cover the slope of Crater Hill, an extinct volcano, at Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The refuge, part of the part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, is home to the largest populations of nesting seabirds in Hawaii including red-footed boobies, Laysan albatrosses, wedge-tailed shearwaters which nest along the ocean cliffs. Nearby is the Kilauea Point Lighthouse which is also part of the refuge.
