Sentinel Island Light

Sentinel Island Light is situated on the north end of Sentinel Island on the Favorite Channel near Juneau, Alaska. The original 1902-built light (not pictured) was replaced in 1935 with the current concrete, art deco-style building (pictured).
In 2004, official ownership of the Sentinel Island Lighthouse was transferred to the Gastineau Channel Historical Society under the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act.
